Growing expectations for sustainability reporting require organisations to better understand and communicate their impacts on the economy, environment and people, including human rights. Climate change and increasing attention on GHG emissions are also raising reporting expectations, while Malaysia’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (NAPBHR) 2025 – 2030 reinforces the importance of responsible business conduct. The GRI Standards provide a widely used framework for organisations to report their sustainability impacts in a consistent and credible way.
The National Centre for Corporate Reporting (NCCR Indonesia) in collaboration with SHEMSI Sdn Bhd will be delivering a “GRI Standards Certified Training” in Kuala Lumpur via face-to-face on 3 – 5 August 2026.
This 3-day face-to-face programme is designed to help participants understand and apply the GRI Standards in impact-based sustainability reporting.
The programme includes:
- Reporting with the GRI Standards (GRI Module)
- Reporting on Human Rights with the GRI Standards (GRI Module)
- An additional session on Introduction to GHG Accounting
