
Haslayati (Lala) our IOSH UK certified trainer delivered a three-day in-house IOSH Managing Safely training at a hospitality organisation for fifteen heads of departments (HODs) on 23-25 September 2019. They included heads of finance & accounting, kitchens, housekeeping, engineering, sports & recreations, front office, security participating to understand their occupational safety and health roles and responsibilities in the organisation. The IOSH Managing Safely training is tailored to provide those personnel with line responsibilities knowledge and understanding in occupational safety and health to help ensure their subordinates are not exposed to unacceptable risks at the workplace. Upon successful completion, yes there is an exam and assignment, participants receive an IOSH UK certificate demonstrating a specified level of occupational safety and health competence.
